Accommodation tips
All hotel reservations are handled by PP&M - Public Picture & Marketing Co. Member of PPF Group. Please book your rooms directly with them.
Rates include breakfast, all taxes, service and production fees. Payment must be paid directly to PP&M immediately after receiving confirmation of the selected accommodation, but no later than 31. 8. 2009 (10. 9. 2009 for the Panorama hotel). You may cancel or make changes to your bookings till 31. 8. 2009 (10. 9. 2009 for the Panorama hotel) without any cancellation charges. For any cancellations or amendments received after 31 8. 2009 (10. 9. 2009 for the Panorama hotel), appropriate charges will apply. Please go through terms & conditions carefully when you receive your confirmation. Please do not make payment priory the confirmation of your reservation request by PP&M. Details will be supplied together with the certificate.
Payment may be made by transfer to a bank account PP&M.
Due to the limited capacity of accommodation book your accommodation in time. The prices are guaranteed for payments made to 31. 8. 2009 (10. 9. 2009 for the Panorama hotel). Bookings after these dates will be handled by PP&M individually.
